Friends Help each other

Sometimes we all need a little help. Some of us more than others, but we all need it sometimes. I was one of the latter, one that needed more help than any one person deserved. But a man I now call my brother has always been there to pick me up, dust me off, kick my ass, and send me on my way better than when I began. Another thing you should know about him, is that he is a super nerd, and has been since the 80’s. So he’s got tons of comic books, action figures, memorabilia, vinyl records, and more things than I can even name right now. He also recently got into collecting Funko Pops! and realized he needed to start letting some of his collection go. I had been learning web development for about 2 years when he says to me that he is selling some of his stuff to friends and coworkers. This is when I thought to myself, “I can finally help him back”, as if it were some kind of sick competition. I immediately offered to make an e-commerce site for him. He agreed, thinking it was drunken banter. But a few hours later and I was showing him the bones of what is now his site: CaptainPopCulture. An ever-going project, this will remain my main show-off for quite some time.
